The island country that has more Flowering species than any other country in
the Western Hemisphere invites you to enjoy its beauty. There are four main
regions of resort development on the island in the following locals. Ocho Rios
lies in the center of the island's long north coast. This area is particularly noted
for its spectacular waterfalls (including Dunn's River Falls), sprawling beaches,
tropical gardens and fern gullys. West of Ocho Rios is Runaway Bay named
because slaves once used this area as an escape route. Montego Bay on the
North Western coast of the island complete with an international airport and
the largest concentration of hotels on the island. Negril "capital of casual" is
located at the western tip of the island, and is most noted for its seven miles
 of white sand beach. Where by law, no building is higher than the tallest palm
